Hardly Strictly Bluegrass Festival sounds like a great kick off for Rocktober! Hardly Strictly is a great festival and there's a ton of bands playing that I'd like to check out like, A.A. Bondy, Buckethead, Bright Eyes, M. Ward, The Felice Brothers, Broken Social Scene, Dark Star Orchestra, DeVotchKa, Bela Fleck, Kris Kristofferson & Merle Haggard, and many more!
